Jaci Carroll is seeking someone with experience, certified in electronics, computers or related field preferred, for a local first shift opening (7am-3:30pm). The Machine Operator / Tester is directly responsible for the assembly of our circuit boards utilizing a solder screener, pick and place machinery and heller oven. This person will alternate and also assist with testing various assemblies and the final product. The job duties follow as:

• Load appropriate program into system

• Setup, adjust and operate pick and place machine

• Monitor product through entire smt process

• Load proper parts into machine and fill solder paste

• Inspect and test finished product for quality

• Troubleshoot and make simple repairs when machines are not functioning properly utilizing proper support channel if needed

• Test PCBs and products required Personal Attributes

Good dexterity is necessary to position, align PCB board and screener, along with an eye for detail to catch misaligned or improper parts. Ability to multitask. Team Player. Great communicator Please feel free to contact the office if you have any questions at 2035744838
